Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for functionality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
